Payment obligations are defined in individual project agreements. Any payment processing conducted through this domain uses PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors. Octoarc does not store cardholder data. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the relevant SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octoarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Results Disclaimer

We build every Octoarc product to give you the strongest possible foundation for the outcome you're after — better search visibility, smaller image files, safer content decisions, and so on. But real-world results depend on a lot that sits outside our control: search engine algorithms, your own content and market, third-party platforms, and how a tool is configured and used. Because of that, we can't guarantee specific rankings, savings, scores, or other outcomes from using our products. Each product's own Terms of Use goes into more detail where relevant.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If a dispute ever arises, we'll always try good-faith negotiation first before anything more formal.
